Swan Lake Village is located at 2762 Swan Village Boulevard in Lakeland, Florida. The garden style housing community will consist of 84 total units, 48 one-bedroom and 36 two-bedroom units. All apartments will be equipped with multiple energy efficient features, balconies, in-unit laundry hookups, pantry closets, open floorplans. Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center and a pool. Swan Lake Village is staffed with a case management team to serve its residents.
Upon a resident household’s request and at no charge to the household, Owner will install
grab bars around the tub/shower. Other accommodations or modifications are available for households with a disability, pursuant to the property’s reasonable accommodation policy.
